Darrel and his girls - in watercolor form

September 2013 - another sale season is done.  Hay is tucked away nicely in my barn - I am sure it is tied with gold string as it put another hefty dent in my check book this year. The last load of round bales will be delivered mid next week. So we will soon be ready for winter. Lambs will come sometime the last two weeks of October. There are 10 ewes bred for fall lambs this year and the are starting to look a little tubby so that is a good sign. This was my last year of syncromates (yes I still had those left) so my ewes bred for January lambs were done with cidrs.  I am kind of nervous about how it will work as I had great success with the old syncromates. Everyone marked so I guess the first step is done?

Have to upload pics of the two great additions to the Cheviot Barn this year :

This little Princess below is "Miss Mindy" - named after the beautiful Mindy Reid!!!

Doesn't appear I was very chatty in 2011 or 2009????

2011 - We are starting on another year in the lambing book.  We would like to thank everyone who made our successes in 2011 possible.

2009 - Stay tuned to our website and facebook page to keep informed of upcoming events and sale offerings.
